Become an Administration Assistant
Rosanna - our chief Administrator writes:
"Administration at Tonbridge CAB is a very varied and interesting position.
Working with the paid staff, Volunteers and Trustees of the Bureau gives you a
full perspective of all the wonderful people involved in making the CAB a successful lifeline to the community."
|
"The administrator's primary task is to ensure the smooth running of the Bureau.
This may include small tasks like making sure there is coffee and tea on the grocery
shelf or making sure the volunteers have biscuits! To the other end, tasks include working
closely with the Manager and Treasurer, preparing salaries for the paid staff and attending
board meetings to record the minutes."
"Working in the new Bureau is far more conducive for all. There is a new degree of
professionalism, with each Volunteer having a computer and desk space to work.
This is immensely beneficial to the working environment and consequently benefits the clients."
"To have been part of the transformation of the Tonbridge CAB has been extremely rewarding
and I look forward in helping to continue writing 'the new chapter'."
"If you are interested in volunteering at the Tonbridge CAB we are always in need
of administration assistants. Please contact the Bureau for more details on 01732
361709. No IT skills necessary."
