DROP-IN SERVICE - A new procedure has been introduced to minimise queue time:
If possible, it is recommended to come in to the bureau at about 9.45am, where you
will then be
seen at 10am or be given a scheduled time to return for an interview. This avoids having
to wait in the waiting room for long periods.
Alternatively, you can ring the Reception
on 01732 373 820 at 9.45am to book a slot for later in the day.
*The telephone and drop-in services are subject to advisers being available.
